This is the worst clinic, worst service, worst experience we’ve had so far.
1. Admin team constantly loosing all documents (e.g. contracts, notary documents)
2. No progress since about a year (in this time we managed to have just blood tests twice)
3. Very bad communication, no responses on emails. For every phone call they charge you money. Even if you just ask them to send you a copy of your test results via email.
4. We had 3 different doctors, who were constantly cancelling the appointments.
5. After escalations to chief doctor several times - we have never (!) received a single response from her
5. They were only focused on charging you money for every single smallest thing. We experienced that they charge you for services which we never had and only after several escalations they drop those charges.

Don’t waste your nerves, time and money! There are way better clinics available, where patients are respected and treated professionally.

The worst service ever. We wasted our time and money. We had an appointment for the first blood check today. We wrote emails and called them, we said beforehand that we're not vaccinated. The doctor said they have got tests there. they didn't say anything about their special rules. We got up at 5 to be there at 7.20.firstly,the receptionist told us to go and buy ffp2 masks, although in NRW there are no rules to wear that sort of masks. We had ordinary medical masks. We bought ffp2 and came back. Then she asked for the tests, that we didn't have. We explained that nobody asked us to do the test. She told us to wait in the hall. 15 min later she asked us to go away. I requested them to give me their manager phone or email. They didn't have any business cards, just gave me a land-line phone number, which is useless, as the manager is not in.
That was the worst experience ever.
How come that the clinique doesn't have tests? Why don't you tell about your stupid rules while making appointments?

At the beginning a little bit annoyed me about embryo transportation from Munich to the clinic but they solved the problem properly. During treatment was very impressive. The clinic itself is very clean and good atmosphere. The staff are nice, doctors and laboratory are very professional.

We had a great experience with VivaNeo in Dusseldorf. The doctors u0026 nurses were very professional. They guided us through the whole process without any difficulties. Dr. Cuypers who was our physician, helped us with our journey with IVF. He explained everything to us in a way that we could understand and we are very grateful for that. Thanks to them, we were able to get pregnant on the first try and now we have a beautiful baby boy. We only have good things to say about VivaNeo Dusseldorf and we recommend this clinic for people who want to try IVF.

Overall unhappy with the experience. I am not sure whether this is due to the Dutch doctors leaving before we started (we are both Dutch). The doctor we had was friendly, and she tried well, but communication was difficult both with her and with the rest of the staff. We had many instances of miscommunications and unclear instructions, and the fact that the website is not accurate about calling times does not help. When you're in an emotional and taxing situation the last thing you need is unclear instructions. The only thing which was always expertly communicated to us was the bill.

we are very lucky to have our baby here, first we are very thankful to Dr Quastorff, she is very professional and very patient to me. We will plan our second baby in next two years here.

my wife had laproscopy done with Dr Zubeda Akuazi and I must say she is very friendly. She made me comfortable and gave good advice on my well being. I would recommend her strongly
