What makes this property 5-star is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and Incredibly patient helping this English only speaker make his way around Dusseldorf for work. The rooms are above average for a courtyard Marriott, spacious and comfortable enough for an extended stay.

The hotel needs a renovation!
The interior is very old and the infrastructure not so good.
However, the breakfast was really good and the staff really friendly.
Would recommend only for a really short stay.

Average 4 stars hotel with good location .
Clean but old furniture, limited breakfast selections. The decoration of the restaurant is one of its kind. Free slow WiFi.
Very helpful friendly staff. NK

The conference room is nice and the food is great. The rooms are a bit old fashioned but quite large. Unfortunately there was a very loud ventilation near my room.

The good-
Plate of macaroons waiting for me in the room.
Had a crib on hand to use.
Quick to fix a billing issue that was on my end.
The bad-
room had an "old" smell. Not quite musty but close.
Dated room- lime green chair, phone from the 90s, and bathroom door and door knobs- same my parents had in 1991 on their bathrooms.
AC didnt work, or if it did not well. Room was very warm all day and night.
Charge extra for spouse. Sleeping on same bed, no breakfast included so no cost to hotel, but charging 10€ extra.

Apart from what they charge you for breakfast (22€) it’s a very pleasant hotel. Clean rooms, very friendly and attentive staff.
