Amazing meat which literally melts in your mouth! The ventilation is also great so your clothes don‘t smell like BBQ at all. Rather pricey but worth it for Wagyu beef outside Japan. The desserts are great too! Would recommend for special occasions

Melt in your mouth meat. Absolutely spectacular. The egg sauce was to die for. Service friendly and professional, great English. Would have liked a better wine selection with more of a price scale. But other than that, no complaints. Will be back!

Amazing quality beef, the best on the world. If you've never tried wagyu before, this is the place to try. Don't come hungry and think you'll get full with just the grill meat platters. It's about taking time and savoring each type of cut but you won't be full from even just the premium €65 meat platter, especially if you share it between two people. If you're ok to spend unlimited the on then you could get full. I would recommend trying at least one of the big meat platters and then ordering side dishes or main courses like the rice or noodle dishes and then you'll be full.

Great quality Wagyu meat, just double check which ones are Japanese.
Went there several times. Meat was always good.
A bit pricey but there is always lunch menu to try !

Gokujo lunch menu is highly recommended. It's a price bargain and has all kinds of classic meats. The wagyu beef is a must have. It's so juicy and delicious. If you don't mind to eat the ox tongue, it's also a must try. The front tongue is soft and juicy and the middle tongue is chewy. For me ist the skirt steak my first choice. It's soft and full of beef flavor.

Ah Un was our last evening dinner on our Trip to Düsseldorf, the most Japanese (Asian) City in Germany.
The place is not near the city center but since we used an Uber, it was not expensive. Ah Un is that place with the grills inside the table. Bit Korean but getting more and more popular in Japan as well.
Did I mention the really delicious Sake they offered (okay, not for cheap :). We ordered some of their meat (duck and beef), but not the most expensive ones and several times the vegetables plates.
Each of them is rather pricy. However the evening was fun and took over 2.5 hours. Convinietly we had the best ever Uber driver on the way back to the Hotel. Overall can recommend Ah un but you really need to bring your big wallet.

Verdict:

+Inside design
+Service
+Taste

-Price (230 Euro .... brrrrr)
-Portions are not that big - don't go if you really hungry
