This hotel has some interesting design elements. But some of the details are not so nice, which makes my stay experience not so satisfying.

For example, the bath room design is not particularly practical. The short handle on of the water tap makes it difficult to turn on or off. The lack of a bath room door makes it very cold to take showers (despite the fact that there is a tiny timed heater in the bathroom).

The air conditioning/heater controller is simply confusing. It blows off hot wind during the afternoon even it is turned to the lowest setting. On the other hand, cold wind is constantly blowing off during the night no matter what setting I have tried.

For my room, the door could not fully closed, which led to a high frequency noise. Unless I keep the window open, the noise will not disappear.

Therefore, I had to leave the window tilted open during the night. To make the thing even worse, the strange behavior of the air conditioning/heater system just kicked in and I almost caught a cold.

Finally the check out process also took quite long time, as the staff at the front desk was not so experienced.

Therefore, I do not recommend this hotel, even though there are some nice features.

The connection with the city is really good, 2 minutes from the hotel is a metro station. But the first room we had, there was no heat. Second room we got the heater was very old and smelled. Also the mini bar was empty. At the restaurant we ordered 2 burgers with chips, that we thought were fries. We got a cold reheated burger with actual Lay's chips.. Parking is 20 euros a day, but you can also park in front of the hotel for free. The staff was at least very helpful and nice

The rooms are nice and quite large. The breakfast is a bit disappointing.

Best hotel in this neighborhood. It has some character, which the 4 nearby hotels lack of. Breakfast is good, rooms are pleasant with some attention to design, even if this gets a bit in the way of practicality ( the metal basin with glass frame is way too small and water ends up everywhere).

Clean, functional architecturally brutal. Friendly staff, rooms are a good size, however, if you are sharing a room let's hope you are on very good terms as it appears the hotel thinks it's clientele are on the saucier side by having a see through shower. Mini bar included in the room - no kettle or coffee or ironing board. Green credentials not bad. Finally duvet a bit too small as it only covers about 3/4 of the bed

Nice hotel with unusual aspect thanks to the huge concrete wall. Staff is nice but a bit unorganised. Rooms are reasonably big. Red carpet doesn't match with hotel design. Heating system quite a bit warm. Room service and restaurant slightly expensive and menu is a bit limited. Public transport (tram) less than 8 min walk. Overall, nice and comfy hotel If you need to be around it is a good choice.

The location is nice if you are on a business trip in the region (a lot of major companies are located in the area), and it is not far from the center of the town either.

The overall hotel looks clean, but then traces of overused items were visible.
Strange bathroom arrangement in the middle of the room and transparent, but then the toilet is small and not well setup.
The gym was said to be good, and it is clean, but I could hardly call it a gym - there is only one multi machine, one bench, and some dumbbells up to 9 kg., so pretty much not really useful.

I would prefer more weights and more machines or benches.
The hotel is situated in a quite place, and great for rest, but then the doors don't close tight, and every move outside, or every other door outside closed or opened, caused noise and the door of the room to make noise and try to open. This gave an unpleasant experience and a bit of stress, when it happens at 11-12 at night.

No default safe - they gave me a key, and I will see now if I will be charged.
No default tea, water or coffee in the room.
