Stayed there 4 nights, not sure what everyone is talking about clean rooms mine was grim. And it wasn’t the fault of the cleaner but pure neglect of the hotel management. There was black mould in the bathroom, which needs to be removed professionally, before letting anyone stay. Beds had the cheapest synthetic pillows, flat and clumpy on the inside. The fridge didn’t work. Breakfast was decent.

Good hotel to sleep before a flight. Rooms are okay but personally the beds are too hard. But this is a personal opinion. The location was good, close to the highway.

The hotel has a small playing corner for kids. The overall feeling was a clean and structured hotel. Will certainly stay here again if i need a hotel close to dusseldorf airport!

good size room, quiet location, very comfortable beds! Negatives: car park is too expensive given the remote location, breakfast is too expensive and the reception area feels rather dark. If more natural light is not possible, review the lighting concept to make the space appear more bright and welcoming!

Very nice hotel, the room are clean and very comfortables with everything you need, the employees of the hotel are professionals and they are pleasant and attentive. the breakfast is a really good buffet of delicious food (salted and sweet with fruits, eggs, bacon, coffee, bread, cereals...). I recommend this hotel!

Not only the rooms but the whole hotel is very nice. It's clean, modern, and has a good location. My friend and I booked a standard twin bedroom and it was sufficiently spacious for us. In addition to that, it had a bathtub -- which I really liked. The foods and drinks were appetizing.
They gave us a convenient and comfortable place to stay in for our short getaway.
Most specially the hotel staff who were so nice and approachable. Specifically Mr. Murat at the bar, Mr. Nadim, Mr. Finn. Ms. Laura, Mr. Florian, Mr. Daniel, Mr. Khaled and Mr. Pascal.
And the fact that I couldn't speak german well, they were still polite and understanding.
Good thing most of the staff could speak and understand English well, which is an advantage for a hotel like Novotel located in a big city.

Great job to everyone. Keep it up.

I highly recommend this hotel to both locals and foreigners. We will surely come back again.

Nice hotel in a quiet location, not too far from the old city centre. Ideal for business trips and short stays. Tidy and comfortable rooms, large bathroom.

The staff at reception when I was checking very friendly. Unfortunately the room is very old fashioned. But the bar is very modern and has a great ambience. Especially the staff in the bar, a great service. The breakfast buffet is very plentiful and tastes great. And the Burger is really tasty! And also the morning staff in Restaurant very friendly.
