I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, my stay there was pleasant. Friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was wonderful. One gentleman in particular his name is Ahmed, he made my stay even more pleasant as he is very polite, responsive, helpful and supportive !
I highly recommend this place, definitely I will come again.

There are no fridges in the room and the locker is very small. I come to hotel and they said room is not ready so I decided to wait but I was not served in the time waiting for them.

I would not rate this hotel as 4-star, barely 3. The rooms are quite old although they are clean. The lighting is dim. The breakfast is poor. The staff should talk better English. The TV has like 90 channels but very few are english speaking. I will definitely not go to this hotel again!

Very quiet room! Spacious, clean, and with a good bed. The receptionists are friendly and correct. We received a package of information to enjoy our stay fully. City centre is easily reached by U bahn, if you have the time, it is walkable too.

Hotel staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The hotel was spotless and the room (a superior) was a good size. We ate breakfast, which was varied, plentiful and delicious. Would certainly return.

The room is nice the reception is nice, don't have a good room service, me and my cousin we fined 150 euros on different occasions, the hotel manager told us we should have cleaned the room, although a cleaning service was included within our booking agreement.
