Ich bin enttäuscht, ich stand 10 min im Laden. Auf mehrmaliges ansprechen meinte die Chefin zu einer anderen Mitarbeiterin sie soll sich darum kümmern. Sie ist daraufhin nach hinten gegangen und kam nicht mehr wieder. Meine Beratung die ich bekommen habe, hat nicht auf mich zugetroffen( ging um Sonnenschutz Beratung) dieser Laden war zudem auch dreckig und nicht geputzt. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht..

Ich bin leider mies behandelt worden heute Mittag bei Rituals im hbf Köln. Ich betrat das Geschäft, 2 Frauen wurden an der Kasse bedient und ich stellte mich an. 2 weitere schauten sich im Laden um und stellten sich irgendwann neben mich. Als die Damen vor mir fertig waren wurde ich direkt begrüßt mit „die Damen neben ihnen waren vor ihnen im Laden“. Ich sagte ihr, dass ich aber vor ihnen in der Schlange stand, was ihr scheinbar egal war. Ich bedankte mich und ging, kaufte nichts und werde zukünftig auch nichts mehr bei Rituals kaufen.
Jetzt mal ernsthaft. Ich gehe doch auch nicht im Rewe an die Kasse, stelle mich vor Leute und sag denen dann „aber ich hab vor ihnen den Laden betreten“….
