Ich bin total enttäuscht wie man als Kunde von Frau Günther bedient wird. So was habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt. Hatte einen Gutschein von meinem Adventskalender und die nette neue Verkäuferin hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, doch es klappte nicht. So kam Frau Günther und wurde gleich unfreundlich. Keine Begrüßung unterstellte mir daß ich ich etwas aufgerubbelt hätte( hatte die nette Verkäuferin gemacht) und meinte so könnte man die 10 Euro nicht mehr verrechnen. Unglaublich das Sie mir Worte in den Mund legte die ich gar ich gesagt habe.Eine sehr unfreundliche und freche Storeleitung. Mir tun wirklich die Mitarbeiter leid. Werde nicht mehr in dieser Filiale einkaufen.
