Very good experience altogether, the car was nice and the service impeccable. Definitely recommended. Extra mention to Pedro at service desk for his help and kindness, lotsa good tips and routes suggested. Molto bene.

The guidance that I got from the call center where to drop the car was wrong and led me on a taxi parking area. Drop your cars at the DB Parking area next to the Garage Tiefgarage Hauptbahnhof.
Key return is at the station in the other side of the train station.
