Rudest customer service ever. I was deciding on what to drink, there was one guy in line behind me, and the worker tells me You're taking too long be quick there are so many customers here. I asked about a drink on their menu and he says it's self explanatory and refuses to explain. Oct 12, 5:40am brown skinned middle aged man.

The lady with short black hair was super friendly and helpful.

Even though we don't speak much German, she always maintains a positive and professional attitude, and works to deliver excellent customer service. Appreciate her kindness and warmth.

Croissants and sandwiches were freshly prepared with pleasant aroma.

One of the best croissants u0026 cashiers we have ever had/met while travelling around Germany.

I was in cologne for a week and it was in my routine to get 2 butter croissants everyday on my commute to Koelnmesse. Best croissants I ever had. Can you please share how do you make it?
