Awful costumer service. Took 20 mins to make 2 drinks when no one else was in the shop, they had no caramel or Oreo so when he couldn’t make our drinks we asked for a refund, he refused.

The donuts were great, just like Dunkin’ in other european countries. Its also cheaper than were i come from. Its just a take away place, there is no place to sit.

Not bad service from the staff but is small and really comfortable for a quick coffee.
Is just a place for take away coffee and donuts.

Good, not great, service. Drink add-ons get very pricey. Completed drinks were good.

Wir haben uns heute mal wieder eine Sechser-Box zum Mitnehmen gekauft. Wir wurden sehr freundlich bedient und die Auswahl war auch zu späterer Stunde perfekt, obwohl wir diesmal nur zwei verschiedene Varianten gewählt haben. Die Donuts waren wie gewohnt mega lecker und sehr frisch. Wir lieben Dunkin' und sind immer traurig, dass es im Raum Aachen keinen gibt.
