Aufgrund der längeren Öffnungszeiten bin ich heute mal zur Abwechslung in die Douglas Filiale im Kölner Hbf.gefahren. Die Mitarbeiterin Nina hat mich sehr professionell beraten und ist dabei immer freundlich und geduldig geblieben.
Auch die Storemanagerin und die weiteren Mitarbeiterinnen wirkten sehr freundlich und kompetent auf mich.
Ich habe mich in dieser Filiale sehr wohl gefühlt und werde zukünftig öfters dahin fahren.
