Good competitive prices and decent service, there is a good selection of cars to suit most budgets. Ordering on the app or website is easy and I have had no problems when picking up or dropping the car off. The only annoying part it the location of the pickup/drop off point. The location is super if you are arriving from the main station, but one way systems, and traffic In the city can make it difficult to drop of the car if you are unfamiliar with the area.

Great service and reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and fast, everything you want and need in a car rental company. The car was clean and in good condition. We extended out rental by phone and the process was very simple. We will definitely use Sixt again!

Whilst in a business trip in Koln went for a second attempt to rent a car at Sixt. Asked for a rental, the receptionist was really polite in the beginning and we agreed upon a rental. She then asked for my ID and driver licence and immediately changed behavior after she looked at my ID (25yo Romanian).
I tried to find out the reason she refused to close the deal but all she told me was "We don't rent to you people". That was kind of bothersome and offensive for me.
I understand the reputation Romanians made in Europe, but this is not a fair policy to apply.
The Sixt support was a little bit calmer and explained that Russians, Bulgarians and Romanians live in countries with high theft rate and that's the reason they won't rent a car. Still, don't see any reason regarding the racist policy.

Very hidden place. No signage in the train train station for rental cars. Parking garage is a labyrinth and no help from Sixt personnel to find the rental car. My experiences with Sixt have been much better in other places and countries.

The lady ,Frau Aliu working here seem not to give a polite manner and respect to customer.
The service of here specifically never respect their customer as they are judgemental and prejudice if you are not a German!

Only one counter. Apparently there were system issues. It took the agent 30 minutes to deal with one customer. Apparently there are no work around or anything to help if the computer fails. If you have appointments, don’t depend on this location.
