I came here to buy dress shoes and had a wonderful experience. Herr Pietsch went above and beyond to help me find the right shoe and to ensure that it fit perfectly. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely seemed to want to help me. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to my friends!

So far this is the worst experience I’ve had in Berlin Mall. The sales woman would not acknowledge my vaccination card from the states. She was so black and white she insisted that I needed the QR code. Also, she kept moving away to maintain distance. The whole interaction was so bizarre. Meanwhile, I visited multiple locations at the mall without any issues. Lloyd lady insisted that everyone else was doing it the wrong way. Too bad Lloyd at Berlin mall lost my business for hiring such a rude and ignorant lady, not to mention, unprofessional. In sales, service comes first!

This brand specific shoe store is friendly and welcoming, despite being rather upscale. Lloyd's make excellent products as well which of course is a giant plus as well. Heartily recommended.
