Just had the worst shopping experience.I just bout a pair of shoes from this place.The lady who works there was very rude and had a bad behavior.She told me the price wrong in English and when I said that I thought its less as you said she got mad.Also,After I got my receipt I ask for tax free and she said it should be 1 euro more to have that ,so I asked for if I can get the bag that cast equal and get the new receipt and tax free and again she got mad and said its not possible! I got so upset about this behaviour and my shopping, I wish I didnt get the shoes.I just wrote this review to say that knowing customer service behavior is the first thing that shopkeepers should think about that ,not just the selling .Hope this review make them concern about their behavior in futue.

It's a beautiful shop staff is great they used to deal with client very politely i always take my shoes from here

Als ich mit meinem Kumpel einen Schuh kaufen wollte und ihn bereits anprobiert hatte, fragte ich ganz höflich nach einer Preisanpassung, da der Schuh nebenan ein wenig günstiger angeboten wurde. Die Verkäuferin Frau B. verneinte die Preisanpassung und nahm den Schuh sofort mit. Beim Zurückpacken der Schuhe sagte sie provozierend: „Da müssten Stecknadeln drin sein!“.
