Huge HM store, located inside Mall of Berlin with access from outside.
Maybe not the best HM but not the worst either. I am giving it 5-stars for location and variety.
All in all it's a good store but the men's selection could be better, especially since this store is located in the center of Berlin. Women's selection is quite ok and very popular :)

Quite unorganized and hectic environment. They also seem to be out of stock in my size and style as the rest of the reasonably priced stores in Berlin.

During sales it's difficult to get the trail room and the billing lines are super long

Rude, aggressive, and disgusting employees at this location. Incredibly condescending and arrogant towards customers, making fun of customers both in German and English right in front of their faces as they are at the check out. This location needs a huge change in employees. Also, the changing rooms are incredibly dirty. Store needs a change of employees and massive cleaning

A big variety of clothes for all ages. It is worth mentioning that women's clothes are not only on the ground floor, but also partly on the first floor of the store. It's also nice that there were never any lines to the fitting rooms
