Worse staff and service ever! Didn’t get tax return cuz the minimum amount should be at least 20EUR (which I didn't know). The staff didn't tell me until I finished the payment and she just said: sorry the amount is not enough.
I smiled and said if you tell me earlier then maybe I will get more stuffs
And she got mad and said: how would I know! fuxk!
And just walked away!

Sometimes the employees are fighting between each other, just like that. The service by them highly depends on the person, there’s a lady that is always grumpy.

Highly incompetent employees. Highly suggest to visit the other cos stores nearby such as Friedrichstr. The employees denied entry despite official government papers from non EU. They don't understand that some Non EU residents do not have QR codes and only need official government papers (not Digital).
However when we said we have items from another cos store on hold, they wanted to sell it at the door :-)

Very rude girl from
COS staff, you are returning an dress and u feel guilty about it.She was complaining that she does not know how to make a return on the card,is this my problem? Never going back here.You lost loyal customer.and to this girl , if you don’t like your job, QUIT!no body keeps you here.
