Great customer service. Staff takes its time for you. Very different treatment from the major jeweler chains. There isn't so much on display, but they have a lot in stock, if you know what you are looking for. Prices are reasonable and there's something for a wide range of price segments.

Update: I recently picked up my custom made engagement ring, which turned out beautiful. I asked if customization was possible at a few famous jeweler chains, which it was not!
Here I could decide on every little detail of the ring and it cost just as much as buying a stock model.
