My friend and I arrived an hour before it closed. We are always fans of Kiehl’s and it was my first time visiting a physical branch in Berlin. My Kiehl’s daily cream and toner were running out, and I would like to know if there are anything new in the product line. We kindly asked for the advice from the staff, or ‘the expert’ in the store, but not only she did not showed the friendliness and welcoming attitude that we experienced in other European branches, but also did not make an effort to hide the impatience. We expected a better customer service and a more professional consultancy before purchase. Very pity. Would not visit here again.

Wir waren gestern im Laden, weil wir mit unserer aktuellen Hautpflegeserie nicht zufrieden sind. Wurden sehr sehr nett empfangen, sehr umfangreich beraten und unsere Haut wurde auch getestet. Uns wurde alles ganz genau erklärt und dann haben wir zusammen nach einer guten Pflege gesucht.
