What can I say. I saw a mandrake but didn't find Professor Sprout. Oft times, I am pleasantly surprised by Berliners who smile whilst doing their job. The staff was helpful, and knowledgeable...even with a bit of Berliner attitude makes it sexy

Very clean, well organized hardware store with a wide selection and helpful staff. Some of the tools are a bit pricey, but quality seems commensurate with the price.

Good range of products, with helpful and friendly staff (quite often outnumbering the customers during the week!)

The people on the info desk usually speak English, if you're not comfortable speaking German.

Selection OK, could be better though. Not too many employees around to ask your questions or ask for help.

Quite good choice of products and price lower than in other shops. Personal very helpful, if they see that you need help they'll come to assist you
