I feel like someone needs to explain because a lot of people get confused....

There is usually a line... so to be able to get to the entrance so you can line up and go to Am Wriezener Bahnhof (pictured sign) and the line will go down the alley (pictured) and the line for Lab turns LEFT. It's important to go to this section because sometimes the gate closer to the clubs door is locked and you cannot enter from that side and then you will have to walk around the entire block.l

There's a second line that goes right and that's for Bergheim, so get in the right line! Opon entry (pictured) they will check your bag for prohibited items and you must pay 10€ entry CASH ONLY. There is no card accepted inside or ATM, be aware of this because you need to pay if U get any drinks when U leave.

They will give you a wristband with the number, (pictured) this is your number for the night where all your drinks get put on your bar tab under this number. You also get given a plastic bag where you can put all of the clothes that you don't want to wear inside the club, they write your number on the bag and then you go inside.

When you are leaving you will go back and get your bag and change back into your clothes, and then you go to the bar to have the number taking off your wrist and pay. They will give U a receipt (pictured) Then to leave you simply give this receipt to the guy at the door and you're finished.

Entry is usually only for 2-hours on each night and if you get there after the entry time ends you cannot go inside. In my experience if there is a line they will still let everybody in the line inside.

Thursday's is usually naked night and you must put all your clothes in the bag, if you do not want to be naked don't go on Thursday.

Have fun boys!

I went to this club with someone else, and we were both fully clothed on a Friday night, which was a no-dress code night. It wasn’t an issue. If you decide to change your mind and store items, it’s a 50-cent charge.
Tip- check out the event of the night on their website (via google!) To see dress requirements.
As a tourist, it was relatively easy to find. Just know you’ll have to pass through (briefly) a sketchy park to get to the entrance.
The bouncer is a quiet (seemingly cookie u0026 nice guy). The “bag checkers” are jerks to newbies. The front counter is excellent, and you’ll get a bracelet with a number on it, which you’ll later use to check out and pay. The Item (coat?)-check folks are quirky. Bartenders are the Nicest!

Suppose you’re a tourist and feeling hesitant. Try Friday night; you can go wearing clothes to see what the other folks are doing u0026 then decide how you want to proceed.

Amenities, music, drinks 4 stars
Ease of access, Customer service 3
Overall it’s a 3.75 for me.
There's a good system in place, and the staff can learn something from the workers that want you to have a good time.

Have been 10+ times during my stay in Berlin. An experience like no other. Although, there are a few issues. There is absolutely zero interest in the music. It is not loud enough, it’s never good, no one is dancing. The middle area in front of the bar should be clear of seating, an open dance floor for patrons to let loose. There is plenty of seating around the entirety of lab, there is no need to fill that space with useless furniture. Please put more emphasis on music and dancing, I think this could revolutionize the club.
Another issue, which is more personal, is the fact that the closest ATM is a 5-10 minute walk away depending on how fast your are moving. Accidentally order one too many shots? Good luck with that. They will hold a personal item of yours and you will be walking 25 minutes back and forth to the nearest ATM. Ridiculous for such a notorious night club.
Anyways. If you are debating wether to visit Lab or not, here’s my verdict. I would buy a plane ticket to Germany specifically to enjoy a weekend partying here. It’s that good. It’s that unique. I will never forget it.

It's quite an experience. It's got atmosphere, lots of rooms, nocks and hiding places.
Remember it's cash only. It's not overly expensive and there was a lot of guys in there on Friday night. I might come back.
The guys on the entrance told us all we needed to know.

At the bags-checking there was an ugly and disrespectful attitude. The guy tossed me out when I asked to keep 10ml of antiseptic with the stiker on the bottle.
*I'm aware that liquids are prohibited because of their bar.
I'm not going to mention the two-hour wait!
I'd never been sooo humiliated before. It's a popular venue, but when you treat your visitors like this guy did.

Yes, the staff isn’t very friendly , but that just adds to the charm of the place , after all it ain’t the Ritz Carleton…. This place is a must see , plan your trip around destination for those who enjoy the fetish lifestyle . No place else in the world is quite like it
