This is a tough one to rate.
I have been rejected more than once and was allowed to enter once.
Whenever I go rejected, I could not make a sense of it. I was dressed well, as in what society thinks is well dressed and I love electronic music.
After waiting for over 5 hours in the cold and getting rejected I even promised to myself to never try entering ever again.
But half a year later I saw my favourite DJ was playing there, so I decided to give it a try.
I went with the intention to see my favourite DJ play and did not felt entitled to enter. Also, I did not dress to impress, but rather dressed to feel well with myself.
This time I was allowed to enter and it was the best party I have ever been to. Everyone inside was super kind and mindful with one another. The music was perfect and the night one to remember. The experience was so good, that it made up all the past bad ones.
In hindsight I am thankful to have been rejected all the times before, because all those times I did not have the necessary level of respect for the club, the djs and the people going there. I was just trying to enter to "have the Berghain experience", as if it was an attraction on my To-do list.
Would you invite someone to your house, if those people just wanted to visit your house for the sake of having visited it?
