This café represents everything that's wrong with service businesses in Germany.
Overpriced for the value, unfriendly staff and messed up seats.
Definitely didnt feel welcome (and was made change tables to a smaller one even with the place half empty)
Auf Wiedersehen... no not really. Nie wieder!

Ice cream was okey but cologne offers better. The service was really bad.. you wave at the waiter and she and the staff see you but just ignores you. So all and all avoid this place.

Nice place for tasty ice cream and coffee. The only drawback is that they sits require an urgent cover replacement. They have been teared up with the time and look ugly for me.

Very very bad service. Asked for soya latte and received regular coffee. Seems like he ran out of soya milk and didn’t bother saying anything. Just keep away

Gelato is ok. But they served the customers in a hurry ???? it makes me nervous when Im having a hard time to decide the menus. Oh well~~~

Slow and unhelpfull staff, they accept cash only, overpriced items. Would not recommend
