The burger was not as expected. There are no vegetarian options and nothing with chicken. The vegetarian burger but called sandwich was very bad to eat with just a lot of mushrooms and nothing else. Its super expensive but not worth it. The fries were cold. The only good thing was the milk shake though over priced. My friend also tried the cheese burger and hamburger both just average to taste. There are better burger places in the city for half the price. The bun used to make the burger is very soggy and let alone no choice of buns. The burger looked like a cheap McDonald burger. Never again for a burger.

Delicious cheeseburger, the fries were good too but the milkshake was the best one I've ever had in my entire life. I had the oreo milkshake. The price is a little bit high (+- 20eur/person for a bacon cheeseburger+fries+milkshake) but totally worth it. Also the staff speaks English :)

Had the bacon cheeseburger and small fries. The burger and fries are amazing! This will satisfy your craving if you want fast and really good burger and fries.

Exttemely hectic burger joint with under seasones and over cooked burgers. They are exttemely proud of their food with plackards on every wall with glowing reviews from media publications. The burgers are barebo da unless you stuff them with addons, which are free, to be fair. But that leaves the burgers themselves extremely overpriced.

The potatos were ok but the too small paper cup could not restrain them and they spilled all over my bag. Without the (free) catchup they'd be a chore to eat. The soda fountain is a wonder of technology with a mind blowing variety of flavors that all share the same feature, they are as flat as a board.

The order takers are friendly but the pick-up could be handled better, instead whichever worker is on the line shouting the order number. Once, maybe twice if novost grabs the bag (they check receipts).

Overall an underwhelning experience and I have eaten much better burgers for a lot lesa money elsewhere. It will do in a pinch but don't seek it out by no means.

Very nice fries, burgers, and hot dogs! The cajuns fries are a must try. It won't be the best burgers or fries you had but it is very good. The amount of fries in the large is staggering! We had basically a bag of fries plus the large cup. We were 2 and only finished the ones in the bag. Ketchup and Mayo not needed the fries are good by themselves.

I have no idea what’s the hype about that place, it’s nothing extraordinary, only the prices are extremely expensive for what you get. 8 euro for a hamburger, in which the meat wasn’t seasoned and didn’t taste at all. The buns weren’t nothing special as well. The only positive/delicious thing from that place are their Pommes. That’s literally it. I wouldn’t visit again.

They close at 12 midnight, but all the employees are sitting around outside 45 to midnight , smoking, not serving anyone, not even letting you go inside. That’s not what 5Guys looks like in the US. Screw servicing customers, right?
Both entrances were locked. A family tried to get out and had to get their attention.
