I personally had a very bad experience with one of the staff members. I was looking for new set of speakers and he approached me starting to ask questions and trying to point out i couldn't afford (in his opinion) quality speakers.. embarrassing person!

Of all the good things I bought from this place am giving 1 star because I went to buy the charger for Google pixel pro6 and the staff redirected me to a counter near the escalator where a guy in white color shirt (just to pick some fun at a brown girl) decided to redirect me to another aisle. After searching and asking Saturn staff I reached again at the same counter and he said the charger costs 129 euros. ( I honestly don't understand the kind of joy he experience when saying that to people he assume wouldn't buy it- I don't know whether he felt some sort of pleasure in seeing a terror or Surprise on my face hearing the amount). When I picked the box to pay he said it's 29 euros. This guy had a Vodafone tag and must be an employee from there. Let me say few things straight. As brown women, If we decide we don't want to pay extra for something it's because it's our choice. We come from a highly competitive country and we made it here and every penny is worth that hard work. You don't get to ill-treat us or play pranks on us when we ask something. Shame on you. Had it been a man or a white woman I am sure he would have thought twice before pulling a prank or redirecting and making me lose time.This happened on 12/07/22 around 1.15-2pm

Very big, with everything you want to find related with technology, music, games, photography, films, HiFi, mobiles, and so on.
Also it's very helpful because you can try, touch, feel the things in there, so for example you can use the headphones to hear music, touch and grab the mobile phones to see how they feel, etc.

Never buy a Mobile contract from these guys if you don't know German.. these scammers said it is only 75 Eur month but now i am being charged 123 Eur.. i went and asked them before 2 weeks end for the contract cancellation. They reassuared and said it is only 75 don't worry. Freaking scam.

Absolutely horrible and incompetent customer service! Just like in any other Saturn stores I have visited. We went to check out the dryer and left the store way more confused about our options than when we walked in. It seems like staff here not only has zero interest in selling anything, but rather treats you as if you are requesting to get something for free. BIG NO!

Totally dislike the stuff of this shop. Surely the shop is huge and it is hard to find needed items, that’s why I asked for help. A worker, who looked like I’m bothering too much with my question to guide me through the shop, showed me the adapter I needed. He claimed it’s the only one that is fitting me, but I surely have an ability to read and understood that just near it were few same items from various brands and the one he suggested me was the most expensive one. I understand that it is a job to sell the most, but not this far.

Decent Saturn. As always, the personnel makes this place run, and they are usually friendly and helpful. I personally dislike the fact that you have to traverse a whole floor in order to ascend one floor due to the escalators structure, but that's a rather minor gripe.
