Very rude "manager". We wanted to open accounts, was just trying to take a waiting number from the machine, one person came immediately to ask what we want, then told us we should go to another branch because it will take 4 weeks since they are the main branch, then he gave us a printed paper to show the document needed. We were confused because a few weeks ago we came to ask about opening accounts but we got a proper waiting number and there was a person explaining everything to us, comparing different products, also the credit card and fees, and told us to write her when we want to open. So we went back to check on the machine what waiting type we chose last time. The same person came again, again didn't even give us time to take a look at the machine. We said we were confused since it is so different from last time and felt like being pushed out. He got super irritated and saying that he is the manager he knows better than others and he was telling us the best way. And said that if we don't trust him just take a number and wait half hour to just get the same printed paper list it is not his problem. We said couple of times we were just confused and wanted to see what type of waiting number we took last time. This is so rude. Even if it takes longer time here, we still want to check the machine and check what type of service we had last time, not just being told "the best way". He is the manager so what ? He told the so called "best way" so what ? We can't even take a look at the machine or what ? Kept saying that he told us the reason already but he didn't tell the reason the first time. Kept insisting that he was super polite, but just adding a "please" doesn't make a person polite. Go f*ck yourself please, and please appreciate how polite I am.
