Goof offers are there. But limited designs were available when I was visiting. . Didn't find any trendy shoes for myself. Will visit again for sure.

Horrible service. I ordered My shoes two weeks ago, they were supposed to send them to me at home. They said In two/three days. Still didn't receive them. I went again to the shop three days ago, they said one or two days. Still didn't receive them. They gave me twotracking codes to check when it would be delivered. The time I bought it and the time I came back. None of them work. It feels like they will keep my money and never send the shoes.

The worst customer service ever!!!! We bought a pair of Nike shoes from them on November 2020. The size was not good so we sent the shoes back and they promised to send one size bigger! The new shoe never arrived and as of today (16 may 2021) after more than 6 months, they didnot return the money!!! We contacted everywhere via phone, email, live chat but no one takes the responsibility to rerun the money!!! Sounds like a modern robbery! Unbelievable!!!! ????

can't say much bad about footlocker in general.... but these employees must be the worst hires.... on the phone the guy told me to not annoy him when i asked if a pair of shoes are available he said no and hung up....and in the store they weren't much friendlier.... didn't buy the shoes and will not visit that store again...

This is the worst shop i have ever been in. The personal is so bad. The guys in the shop were so arrogant. They have no respect for costumers. Today they lost one because of their unacceptable behavior.
DONT Even buy from this shop. Go to original stores where they still have respect for the costumers
