Really like the quality of the clothes and prices are ok for the product. You can pay for your things very quickly.

I would reduce the heating a little bit. It gets to hot in spring.

Service here used to be good but now something has happened and workers doesn't help you at all. Some of them won't do even basic things they used to do in the past both in the fitting room and checkout. Even security isn't well trained. I'm not coming back.

Again, great store and very good quality with acceptable prices. A little too small and feels like a maze, not the flagship store of course.

Worst customer experience in Europe!
Went to exchange one of the pre packed pijamas and brought original pacage but did not fold the pijamas in the nice way is in the shop hoping that they would want to do this themselves.
Well, I was told I CANNOT TRY THIS AT HOME and that this is the reason why they have size samples in the shop. Have we gone mad????
I will folded and insert in the packet somehow and will be force to lie to the next shop. No I didn’t try this as it is normal in other parts of the planet earth. Rude Staff

I ordered something online and have to send it back as their descriptions are poor and they charge 3EUR return price for something I do not even keep. Impossibly poor experience during corona-times, where customers have to shop online, and the store charges them for returns... I prefer to shop somewhere else

Staff including manager seem to be annoyed with basic customer service, more like Bürgeramt Mitte than international retailer. Always double check the total sum at the till, prices are regularly incorrect.
