I believe it was renamed as "Call of Kimchi" recently. It's a pretty good food truck offering some typical or "authentic" Korean dishes as the sign suggests. We opted for bibimbap bowls to play it safe this time. I was not disappointed. The only objection I had was that eggs were fried hard, but I'd understand food safety issue it may cause if it were sunny-side-up with runny yoke. Vegetables (spinach, carrots, cucumbers, iceberg lettuce [lots]) and ground beef were nicely flavored. I wished if there were some more flavored vegetables like spouts and mushrooms, but... You can choose to have poured some soy sauce, gochujang or both. If you like it really spicy, you can get lots of gochujang.
According to the photo menu posted they offer: Nürnberger Cup Bap (three pieces of Nürnberger bratwürsts on a bed of steamed white rice with kimchi). Cup Baps starts from 5€. Most of them are 7,80 € as it was with our Bibimbap Cup. You can also get some kimchi for additional 1€ with your cup or 3€ for cupful.
I'm not sure how often this food truck opens in the Hauptmarktplatz (in the city center where they hold Kristkindlesmarkt [Christmas market]), but it offers solid alternative to Nürnberger bratwürsts and other staple food items at this location.
It's worth at least one try to see if you like it or not. Bon Appetit!
