We stayed at the hotel multiple times on our trip to Munich and the restaurant staff was always nice to us as we ate many times there. Adem Circir, one of their staff is very kind and welcome us every time and he was always accommodating.
We will stay there again and eat at the restaurant again.

This place is a straight up daycare. There are a ton of children scattered all over the floor in walkways playing with Legos screaming at the top of their lungs. And that's at breakfast and dinner. Do not go here if you're trying to have a meal or drink in peace.

The waiter's and waitress's were very kind and spoke english. The food was really good, I recommend this place to anyone going to Germany or Munich.

Meiner Frau und mir hat das Essen prima geschmeckt. Das essen war auf den Punkt genau so zubereitet wie wir dieses bestellt hatten. Die Portionen waren für den Preis in Ordnung. Nicht zu viel, nicht zu wenig. Auch die Getränkeempfehlungen der Mitarbeiter haben gepasst. Als Hotelgast kann man hier abends gemütlich sitzen. Es gibt eine Spielecke für die Kinder, sodass diese Beschäftigung finden. Hier wird sogar Fußball live übertragen, was mir sehr zusagt. Ich hatte jetzt nicht den Eindruck, dass „nicht Fußball Fans“ haben sich davon stören lassen.

Also das Hotel ist echt gut, aber das Restaurant ist nicht empfehlenswert. Preise auf recht hohem Niveau, dafür bekommt man aber leider eine Hauptspeise in Vorspeisen Größe und geschmacklich echt enttäuschend. Personal für das Level wo das Hotelrestaurant sein möchte unaufmerksam und unterhält sich lieber untereinander als dem Gast Aufmerksamkeit zu schenken. Werde demnächst definitiv ein paar Meter laufen und hier nicht mehr essen.

Das Hotel ist prima, aber das Restaurant das Allerletze! Es herrschte Riesenandrang, aber Tische waren alle besetzt. Für ein so großes Hotel gab es gerade mal ca. 15 Tische. Da das Hotel mitten auf dem Flughafengelände ist, gibt es keine Alternativen. Nach 30 min Wartezeit mit Kind, bekamen wir einen Tisch, allerdings haben wir dann wieder 40 min auf die bestellten Getränke gewartet und auch erst nach 2!! maligen Nachfragen kam dann widerwillig jemand. Den 3. Stern gibt es nur für das Essen! Sehr hoch im Preis, aber wirklich sehr gut! Sehr sehr enttäuschend ????
