Positive points:
Location, well connected by public transport to the center/HBF (under 10 min).
Clean and well insolated rooms.
Breakfast.
Staff (except for front desk man when we checked in).
Negative points:
Very unwelcoming front desk man during check-in. No smile, welcome or anything but a "Hello". No soft skills at all.
Small twin room.
Breakfast until 11 on weekends but staff said no more bacon after 10 (we arrived shortly before 10)!! They also ran out of many things at the same time, like juice, eggs, bacon, fruit salad and took some time to replace everything, which caused a lines of people afterwards as everyone that was waiting went to the buffet at the same time.
The invoice is really unclear as there are several different entries that make it hard to understand.
I came with high expectations as during my last visit I had a much better impression (bigger room, friendlier service, less chaotic breakfast). Next time I come to Munich I will consider other options instead.
