The staff is very nice, the Wifi connection has improved much since the last time I was staying here. They have a big Breakfast menu and waffles! The other food is great but sadly not much. Its at a big road so I noticed some traffic noise.

For a 2* hotel it was a very nice experience.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. When we checked in the receptionist had read our request about rooms in a quiet area of the hotel on a high floor and allocated us two great rooms at the end of the corridor. The room was comfortable. The staff were helpful and charming. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk into Munich. It's close to a railway station where the airport train passes through. There are some nice shops and restaurants close by. You can also take the tram or bus into Munich.

We were welcomed with smiles and given an early check in. The bar area is a nice touch and just a great place to chill out while planning your day. George was really helpful and friendly and was a big reason we enjoyed our stay so much.

One of the best ibis hotels I stayed in in Europe and believe me when I say I stayed in many of them red blue and green. What really makes this one special is the supper friendly and helpful staff Lorenzo, Omar, ....I wish I can remember all the names. Trams 16 u0026 17 stop in front of the hotel so in few minutes you can be in the heart of this lovely city. I definitely will try to stay there again next time I am in Munich.

Modern and clean hotel, friendly and welcoming staff at reception and bar, even at late hours and all passengers who missed their flights. Great breakfast! Would stay there again, not just for overnight stay!

Super comfortable and quite (Room to the Park/School Side). Clean Rooms and Bathroom. Very close to different Public Transport Stations. Nice breakfast. Overall would come again for sure.

Positive points:
Location, well connected by public transport to the center/HBF (under 10 min).
Clean and well insolated rooms.
Breakfast.
Staff (except for front desk man when we checked in).

Negative points:
Very unwelcoming front desk man during check-in. No smile, welcome or anything but a "Hello". No soft skills at all.
Small twin room.
Breakfast until 11 on weekends but staff said no more bacon after 10 (we arrived shortly before 10)!! They also ran out of many things at the same time, like juice, eggs, bacon, fruit salad and took some time to replace everything, which caused a lines of people afterwards as everyone that was waiting went to the buffet at the same time.
The invoice is really unclear as there are several different entries that make it hard to understand.

I came with high expectations as during my last visit I had a much better impression (bigger room, friendlier service, less chaotic breakfast). Next time I come to Munich I will consider other options instead.
