Wonderful stay here in Munich. Very near to tram station and a 5-10 minutes walk to the train station. Also has it own underground parking lot. It helps if you read the fine print to the hotel on the room service etc and parking fees.

We booked for 2 bedroom apartment for 5 days but the first day we were told that there was a 'medical emergency regarding a guest in the 2 bedroom' so we were offer two separate rooms (1 bedroom apartment and 1 studio apartment) instead for 1 night, which was not so bad.

They had free flowing coffee near the reception which we loved.

Overall I'm happy during the duration of the stay.

Well-equipped, very clean, easy access to central Munich. Perfect for business travellers or small families that need kitchen facilities in their room. And good air conditioning for hot summer months!

Very quiet hotel, well located and well connected by public transport to the city centre and the airport. Very friendly people at the reception desk. Nice thing that you can have a free coffee at any time of the day. The worst thing is the breakfast, 14€/pax is a joke for what they offer

2 bed rooms apartment it too small. Rooms too small and living room too small. Ac too hot. I open windows to have some cold air the apartment full insects. No room service. Housekeeping every 3 days. You should take trash down.
Parking is limited and if have van you can't park you should find place in street.
Staff unhelpful.
I will Never stay in this hotel again.

Hotel stay with extreme awful experience — No air conditioner in the room during Summer

This is a zero star rating as not able to indicate in the scale.

Checked in as per normal procedure and went to the room. However, the room’s air conditioner wasn’t functional well and there is no air blowing out from it. Notified the receptionist with regard to the matter immediately. The female receptionist noted and replied in a spilt second the following (i) We are fully booked, (ii) All of our technical team members are not working till Monday, (iii) Maybe we could send up a portable air conditioner to cool the room instead, (iv) Added complimentary breakfast for room guests. This puzzled us if these replies are crafted as it was said instantly and conveniently.

We waited and waited, the item wasn’t delivered throughout the day. During the night time, went down again to the reception to ask for help again. This time, we are in luck, the male receptionist (Night Duty) noted and helped out and he carried the portable air conditioner to the room instantly. This made us wondered if the earlier promised was emptied talking?

Without having the room’s air conditioner functioning normally, we were living in a stale and hot environment throughout the night even the windows were opened, in 27 degrees celsius. We ended up soaked wet in the morning as we were sweat throughout the night, disrupted having quality sleep and following day’s activities. The portable air conditioner machine left a huge pool of water on the ground and caused one of us to nearly slip and fall as none of us know this could happen after the use of the machine.

This is an awful experience to stay with this hotel. It’s a definite no to consider this hotel again in the future visitations as the hotel wasn’t able to honour their promises, failure to fulfil basic requirements of the room, unable to provide an alternative solution as part of the emergency recovery plans. Unsure on how and what will happen to the stay in the following nights.

Please take note of the unpleasant experience that occurred to us and for your consideration in your selection of hotel choices in Munich.

Place is really great, safe and quite with privacy, the team is great and welcoming, u can reach the marine platz by tram in 5 mints , one point is that the apartments have no daily cleaning service

Convenient, clean, wonderful staff- accommodating and friendly! Location is a bit far from the center but was very convenient for Oktoberfest
