It is a beautiful hotel, but unfortunately, the service standard is way below a 5* or even 4* hotel.
Room service forgot to clean parts of the room, pillows were without pillow covers, etc.
But the worst part is that after having spoken to stuff in person and called 3x and even after lots of promises I still have not received my invoice 1 week after my stay. That’s annoying, a waste of time and simply not acceptable.
One item was paid for with my business card and then with my personal card and has never been cancelled on my business card.
What a shame to ruin a beautiful hotel with bad service.
I’d like to mention that the SPA stuff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
