Genuinely one of the best hotels I've stayed at.
The room was big and luxurious and had everything I needed (and then some). It was equipped with AC which is rare for a hotel in Germany, and had a nice bathroom and a second toilet upstairs. You had to make a reservation beforehand for the sauna which was huge for just one person. The fitness was also good, but there was no more water in the dispenser unfortunately. All in all I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had a fabulous stay at your property. Great location closed to train station and the center of town. Very awesome. All of your staff were very professional, pleasant, and helpful when we had questions. Onyi and everyone else in the breakfast staff were very attentive and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and at home. Thank you for the experience, and we will be returning!

Everything is good. Breakfast, Reception , Room and Location.
But the transparent shower booth is not proper to family and friends.
it looks a love hotel.
Why don't you install a shower curtain or opaque film?

I can’t say enough good things about Fleming’s. It’s right across from Munich Central Train Station, the room was lovely, beds comfortable, Rupert at the front desk was world-class hospitality, breakfast at the restaurant and drinks at the bar were amazing, everything super affordable. I could go on. We’ll stay here again next time we’re in Munich, for sure.

This was a very good hotel that is centrally located across from the Hauptbahnhof. Excellent breakfast buffet. Room had an odd layout (loft bedroom), but it was comfortable. Service was lacking for a hotel that claims such high standards. Our laundry was given back to us after two days wait without being done and with no explanation. Housekeeping was also lacking and misses us 2 days out of five.

The hotel is well located but then again all the hotels circle the central train station. Can easily walk to Marienplatz, grocery store, etc. nice park for working out nearby. Hotel has a working gym too. Room is clean with blackout blinds, nespresso machine and fridge and rate is reasonable. Air con works. For a basic hotel that is clean it fits the bill.

Hotel:
Slow check-in, was not busy.
Room was nice, clean and well kept.
Windows open all the way, nice breeze.
SHOWER IS IN THE ROOM, NOTE IF YOU ARE NOT A 'COUPLE' STAYING IN THE DOUBLE...
Very friendly leaving a bag after checkout.
Did not use but has automobile parking.

Restaurant:
Onyi, you are the best!!!!!!!!
Tasty coffee and espresso.
Beautiful food and arrangements.
Made-to-order bacon and eggs, so yummy!

Highly recommend this as a place to stay when in Munchen. This is a really nice hotel and restaurant that was designed by Ian Flemming to be James Bond-esque.
