Great Bavarian Kitchen. Not the best Location nearby the Main Station, but the Food is very nice. Bern there now for the second Time and it was delicious. The „Giesinger“ Beer is also very nice.

The food was really good and we enjoyed it. The problem is we had to wait for everything quite a long time. We planned to have another drink after finishing the first one but nobody asked us even though we had our glass empty and the waitress passed us several time. She preferred to cleaning tables. There were 3 or 4 waiters and I counted only 5 tables with guests and still we had to wait to be seated, then to order. Food was ready fast but then…another waiting without asking if we wanted something more to drink. Not a good organization at this restaurant. So even though the food and beer was good, for us this place is “NO GO” in the future.

A little pricey, but excellent food. They had a brave mouse running around the outdoor dining area. When told about it, they knew about the mouse but didn't seem at all concerned. Seems like a cheap fix, or put a cat to work before they open...

We had the goulash and schnitzel. Both were good. We ordered the dessert Kaiserschmarrn, as recommended by many Google reviewers. It was amazing, as suggested by the Google reviewers! The service was ok, not very attentive but not too bad either. The bill comes to around 50 euros for this meal (2 mains and a dessert, which is certainly big enough for sharing). We thought it was reasonable. Nice restaurant with modern decor.

Bavarian restaurant in a contemporary setting Ort of Le Meridien hotel. We went there on a Friday evening with local friends. The restaurant was full and very noisy maybe that’s why the service was a bit slow.

We were not impressed at all by the food. Starters were below average, the pumpkin soup was full of spices and did not taste like pumpkin, a Bavarian trio of sauces were not really Bavarian according to my local guests and did not impress me at all. The bread was good.

Schnitzels did not impress us at all. However, the duck was above average. They also had a nice selection of beers.

We did not try any desserts.

At the end they were kind enough to offer a round of walnut liquer shots which we loved. Both the taste and the fact that they offered it.

We requested a second round that was charged at 5€ per shot which we found totally overpriced. In general the restaurant is on the pricey side.

Our first meal in Munich. We enjoyed excellent food, drink and desert. The service was fast friendly and helpful in selecting our choices from the menu. Recommend you visit this lovely restaurant when in Munich.
