Burger King, Munich

Just left. It was warmer inside that it was outside. No air conditioning and it's 33 degrees in Munich.
Food was very warm. Burger, chips and the coke were all warm.
Would avoid as was too hot and the soft drink coke zero was too hot.

it's very busy Burger King, mostly in day u wouldn't find a seat or booth to sit cos it will be filled with people

On 28/04/2021 between 12:00-13:30 before my train, I had a king double burger menu from this place. They did not hand me the receipt. When I noticed this minutes later, I thought they probably should have forgotten about it and since I need to have my receipt I went back and asked for it..

They definitely stalled me off and did not give my receipt. I was put in difficult position since I needed to document all my expenses. Eventually they won! I had to leave to catch my train!

Very bad customer service, I dont recommend this to anyone. Like a joke!

Burger King or homeless shelter I couldn't see the difference.
I should have read the reviews of this BK before going in there.

This was my worst experience with the BK. The cashier was grumpy, not friendly or polite. The food tasted not good, or let's say worse. The only thing that was tasty were the fries. De seats and sofas were dirty and a group of 8 homeless people has made it to a shelter. I can imagine this is a welcome place on the 24 of December for them. For the other customers it is the worst experience ever. The smell of the toilets made it even worse to eat there. The cleaner must have been fired many weeks ago.

So if you read this on beforehand consider to walk 3 minutes to the KFC or the Pizza Hut.

The staff are really nice and quick. Me and my friends had train in 5 minutes and we had ordered in total or 5 Burger meal and a single burger as well. To our surprise the order was packed and ready to be taken in couple of minutes. And we were able to caught the train as well.

HORROR!!!! TERRIBLE!!! Cannot even find the right words to describe... dirty as hell! The staff are extremely rude and pretend like the CEO of BK! Too hard to communicate! He touched money and they his hair and then put pries with his hand without gloves... I have never ever seen something like that in my entire life! Shame on BurgerKing...

Was nicely surprised to come back here after many years. The offers and pricing were good and if we are honest certain items on the menu were definitely better than at a known competitor. It is a shame they do not put more into the decoration and marketing, it all looks a bit dated and in need of an overhaul. No real complaints, the staff were friendly and for sure did their best to get the order right. Maybe we just had a lucky shift.
