This clinic is a waste of time and money and they have nothing to do in the center of Munich. I had unsuccessful insemination, but my worst experience was with general anesthesia when I felt very bad. Doctors are totally unprofessional, and anesthetists do not know how to give the right dose. I see that there are many dissatisfied patients, which is why the reviews should not be written here, but the authorities competent to investigate for malpraxis should be directly reported.

Not recommended.

The doctor is like a salesman. In the beginning he said „everything is perfect...you are in great condition...maybe you only need 1 time OP. Oh you can already start the treatment in next day...“ bla bla bla...

But after the OP I was told „oh sorry but your result just seems to be below average level, plz come 1-2 more time that we can get sufficient number of eggs. And this time we change the fertilizer plan...“ sure it is easy to say it in that way, because every time you have to pay for it.

I hate being treated commercially.

Extremely badly organized. The front desk don't know what they should do. And the doctor Puchta is not doing as what is should be done on the form that requested by other doctors. only send you always to blood test.

On Monday, May 23rd, 2022, I had my first appointment with Dr. Michna.
Point 1: absolutely rude, arrogant, incompetent and lacking in empathy.
Point 2: Questions are only answered snotty and not dealt with in more detail.
Briefly looked at the findings and the answer was "without an insemination it won't work for you anyway"
When I asked if there wasn't another option apart from insemination (I have PCO and would just like to have it treated), I think a trial treatment with clomifene was only reluctantly approved.
Take 4 days and come back on May 27th, 2022 for another blood draw.

Said and done! Second appointment today. At the reception I was told that an ultrasound scan was also planned, which I knew nothing about. So I turned it down because I only got one a week before and didn't have a good feeling with the doctor in the kiwu and didn't warm to her.
After a whopping 1.5 hours of waiting, I asked when the doctor would bring me to the meeting to clarify the blood values. I was then informed by a receptionist that Dr. Michna said to continue taking the medication and come back to the BE on Monday. Mind you, I have to pay these myself! In itself no problem, I knew beforehand, but not to be treated in this way.
Why am I wondering!? No information about my blood values u200bu200breceived, no conversation with the doctor possible, time wasted unnecessarily.

Compliments, however, to the girls from the front desk, they make an effort and are extremely friendly. The doctors at this clinic could learn a lesson from you!

Maßlos enttäuscht, Finger weg von dieser Klinik! Den Stern gebe ich nur damit ich diese Bewertung schreiben kann.

Am Montag den 23.05.2022 hatte ich meinen ersten Termin bei Fr. Dr. Michna.
Punkt 1: absolut unhöflich, arrogant, inkompetent und kein Einfühlungsvermögen.
Punkt 2: Fragen werden nur patzig beantwortet und auch nicht genauer darauf eingegangen.
Kurz die Befunde angesehen und die Antwort war "ohne eine insemination wird das bei Ihnen sowieso nichts"
Auf Nachfrage ob es abgesehen von einer Insemination nicht doch eine andere Möglichkeit gäbe (habe PCO und hätte dieses auch einfach gerne behandelt) wurde meines Erachtens nur widerwillig eine Probebehandlung mit clomifen zugestimmt.
4 Tage nehmen und am 27.05.2022 wieder kommen für eine weiter Blutabnahme.

Gesagt, getan! Heute zweiter Termin. Am Empfang wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass wohl auch eine Ultraschalluntersuchung geplant ist von der ich nichts wusste. Habe diese daher abgelehnt, da ich erst eine Woche zuvor eine bekam und mit der Ärztin in der kiwu auch kein gutes Gefühl hatte und mit ihr nicht warm geworden bin.
Nach geschlagenen 1,5 Std warten habe ich mal nachgefragt, wann die Ärztin mich zur klärung der Blutwerte in die Besprechung holen würde. Daraufhin wurde ich von einer Empfangsmitarbeiterin darüber aufgeklärt, dass Dr. Michna sagte, ich solle das Medikament noch weiter nehmen und am Montag wieder zur BE kommen. Wohlgemerkt muss ich diese selber zahlen! Ansich kein Problem wusste ich davor schon, allerdings nicht mit dieser Art behandelt zu werden.
Warum frage ich mich!? Keine Informationen zu meinen Blutwerten erhalten, kein Gespräch mit der Ärztin möglich, unnötig Zeit verschwendet.

Ein Lob allerdings an die Mädels vom Empfang, diese sind durchaus bemüht und überaus freundlich. Die Ärzte in dieser Klinik könnten sich eine Scheibe von euch abschneiden!

Wir persönlich können die Klinik nicht empfehlen. Wir haben 2 Jahre verloren durch diese Klinik. Die ersten 2 x hat man sich noch wohl gefühlt danach wurde es immer schlechter man hat sich gefühlt wie eine Nummer auf dem Papier einfach massenabfertigung der Warteraum war immer voll. Wie ein Bankautomat zahlen zahlen und einsetzen ohne wirklich danach zu forschen an was es liegen kann. 4 versuche alle gescheitert. Und danach sagen ach schauen wir nochmal das Blut an ahh es sind Killerzellen. Das Ende vom Lied war das wir nicht mehr wollten. Sind auf Österreich gegangen da sind Welten dazwischen . Und jetzt haben wir beim ersten Versuch eine süße Tochter bekommen.
