Very nice shop with super delicate and yummy hand-made chocolate. passing by it all the time and almost every time, there is a long queue outside of it. It comes with nice little boxes so its good for giving someone as a gift. the price is more on the pricy side. And the staff will offer you a small complimentary chocolate at the end of the purchase, which is quite nice.

I think the sales on 6th September 2022 afternoon is racist, her attitude change drastically after finishing talking to the last customer. She didn’t even greet, no smile, no goodbye, no any good attitude which she gave the last customer. I don’t even think she want to sell anything to us. I had a terrible experience with this shop. I’m not here to please your white angry face, I’m here to buy your chocolate :)))

Unfortunately the chocolates don't taste the best. I can appreciate the good quality and the Greta customer service but the flavors of the chocolates are not so great. I bought a big box with a good variety and I did not love a single one of them, in fact half of them just stayed in the box. They would make for a good present because the presentation is very beautiful. But I would not recommend this brand.

Very good Belgian chocolate with a varied assortment of different flavours. Pralinés and their ingredients taste fresh and of high quality. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They also offer some out of the ordinary flavours. Price is acceptable for the quality and taste (7,90€ per 100g). Recommended!

I bought The Nehaus History collection, after opening the box I found one of the items missing. It’s so disappointing especially with this type of expensive chocolate brand.

The chocolates are a class ! Everything about this place is very luxury from the packaging the richness of the chocolate quality and the elegant service ! I love this shop and I come every weekend with my husband to get my Manon. The staff are the most friendly and we got to taste the samples too.
