Came here to browse, with little intention of buying. Was treated very well and given the opportunity to try on a few beautiful Rolex and Cartier watches.

The staff are professional, courteous and understanding. And of course they know their products, their quirks and foibles. From all such shops in Munich I always go to Wempe.

Very bad service with Rolex - they can’t repair the majority of problems in house and need to send the watches away to Cologne. I was not told how long this process would take just that it would be over 6 weeks with no guarantee of when I’d get the watch back. There was no way to speed up the service.

Very disappointing - staff almost rude and mocking in tonality. No other options given.

Do not buy your Rolex here - the aftercare is terrible.
