I had the strangest experience with a male salesperson, with a beard. He told me what I was wearing was too bold and that he wanted 5 minutes from me to have him pick my clothes. Then he picked very plain, baggy clothes and shoes that were 2 sizes small. At the end he told my wife that "Americans don't dress nice like Europeans." Generally this is true, but this man had no place saying these things to customers like that. Very odd.

I had a bad experience. I went to buy a white shirt and the sales representative takes me to the 3rd floor and gives me a shirt. It is too big then I asked if they have a size smaller, she said yes but it will not fit me because is too small. I ask: "can I try it?" and she answers "no, you should buy the one you have" of course I left without buying anything.

In my opinion, this is, without a doubt, the best online retail store for exclusive men's clothing in Germany. Unlike other online stores that only sell luxury brands currently considered ' trendy ', Eckerle places particular emphasis on the quality of their products. The products are timeless classics, usually with no large logos or unnecessary details, and are often produced by small, highly specialized manufacturers/mills. I have bought over 30 different products at Eckerle, and will proudly continue to do so in the future.

they do have all the high-end brands, but the staff was very disappointing. they treated me very poorly when I asked for specific items which made it abundantly clear that they felt like I didn't belong there bc they obviously thought I didn't have the financial ability to afford such products. aside from the fact that they were wrong, the service was also nothing short of a disgrace and you should never be that arrogant and awful to people (especially your customers)
