If you absolutely need to buy something from them, please note that they go out of their way not to refund you! Instead they give you store credit for outrageously priced goods. Value for money? Not here!

Horrible shopping experience, lady that “helped” me was not interested in answering my questions even though shop was empty. Came in there wanting to buy ankle boots, but after the attitude the sales assistant had I changed my mind quickly and bought shoes in other shop.

Amazing price . Amazing selection. Amazing packaging. I literally looked everywhere and price cant be beat especially if you are in CANADA.

Thumbs up. I only use here unless I buy exclusive brand like Chanel, cartier, etc...
This place is simply awesome. Super fast shipping too.

Well, where should I start! Went in there looking for a present and was met with indifference from staff. It seemed like I was doing them a favor. Service was cold, not particularly helpful and not friendly. Maybe it is because of the general Covid situation but especially in these times you should work on your customer service as this is the only way retail stores will survive. Ended up ordering present online via netaporter, which was a pleasant experience!

Bought a scarf online, it started to fray after twice worn. I sent it back and explained I am not happy with the quality. They kept the scarf and the money.

Hello! Today I got my order ER11210622 in a terrible obscene form! I'm in shock! How could you send this to customers? Who should pay for it?! Now I should be having trouble in returning! Besides, I paid the customs duty, and if I hadn't ordered those irrevocably damaged shoes , I wouldn't have paid the duty and I wouldn't have lost the money. And now you've created problems for me. Why do you dislike your customers so much? It's awful! A terrible gift for Christmas!
