Mercure Hotel Muenchen City Center

Although it’s a big hotel, it has its own character and is super cozy and warm. Staff is friendly and attentive, they even gave me a free room upgrade at the moment of check-in. The room itself was spacious, comfortable and silent. Really comfortable bed and good-quality linen. Breakfast is good and rich. I had a great stay and for my next one in Munich I will definitely choose this hotel again!

This was our second time to stay in this hotel. It is really conveniently located to the Hautbahnhof station and also only less than 10 minutes walk to the centre of Munich. We stayed in a privilege room, which was a little bigger than the standard room. Everything was perfect, really nicely decorated and so, so clean. There was complimentary water and coffee available in the lobby, which is a really nice touch. Reception and bar staff were very helpful and friendly. The only disappointment we had was that when we stayed in the Mercure City Centre before, there was a really good bar food menu. This was not available this time and as we had planned to eat there most evenings, we really did miss it. There was a cold meat/cheese plate available, but no hot food.

I came much early due to flight schedule, but they manage to help me to get an early check-in, since the room is ready. It's very easy to get around, located nearly all major attractions, and very close to central Station if you need to go to longer destination. The services was excellent, plus the mini bar all for free, and free coffee or drink at the lobby after a long trip outside. Will definitely going back. Thank you

Overall a nice stay. Had the Superior Room with double bed u0026 a armchair. Room was larger than expected, and so was bathroom. Bed was comfy and always had hot water for shower. Wi-Fi worked very well. Customer service was very helpful, and even lent me an umbrella when a rain storm passed over the city. A 6-minute walk from the Central Train Station and within walking distance of a few restaurants. Loved the free mini-bar. The location, while convenient to catch trains, was a little suspect after dark, but never felt unsafe. The only negative was the €24 for breakfast, which I declined.

Being a member of ACCOR have stayed in many of their hotels in various places, i have to make a comment about Mercure Munich, it is one of the finest, the rooms are spacious,and clean, the beds are very comfortable, the location is ever so convenient. my wife and I are senior citizens and it was probably one of our best stays. the STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY, Tom specially gave us such a warm welcome and was always friendly in directing us everyday on what to visit and how to get around. we stayed 4 nights and wished could stay longer.

The rooms were really neat and pretty. The interior of the room was artistic. The location is not so great. But I would recommend other people to try this hotel.

Very good hotel nearby the main train station. Got upgraded to a different room category on the 7th floor that was on two floors with steps that were a bit too steep.

Delicious breakfast.
