Leider ist die Nachtpflege meistens nicht gut ausgebildet oder inkompetent, was sehr schade ist da es genau dann sehr wichtig wäre. Anspannungszustände lassen sich nunmal nicht auf den Schichtwechsel am Morgen verschieben.

Es wäre schön, wenn das Essen etwas abwechslungsreicher wäre,ich war jedoch froh, dass es veganes Essen gab.

An der Umweltfreundlichkeit könnte man noch arbeiten, jedoch war einiges vllt auch Corona bedingt.

Außerdem fand ich die Hygiene sehr mangelhaft, vermutlich sind die Reinigungskräfte unterbesetzt.

Schade finde ich auch, dass die Ausstattung recht alt und abgenutzt ist - das meiste Geld fließt wohl in die Forschung (die natürlich auch wichtig ist).

Even if it sounds strange, but "I could easily stay with you for a while", even if nobody wants that, of course! ;) With that in mind, stay the way you are and just keep going. Also meine Erfahrungen in der Intensivstation der Psychiatrischen Klinik waren sehr gut. Ein sehr nettes Team, äußerst moderne Räume und Gerätschaften bildeten das „Topping“ besonders all meinen betreuenden Pflegerinnen und Pflegernmöchte ich gerne an dieser Stelle sehr herzlich danken. Auch dem sehr sehr netten Team der Psychiatrie-„Abteilung“ bin ich sehr dankbar. Leider ist trotz der Mannigfaltigkeit der Angebote wie zum Beispiel der Gemeinschaftsraum mit Fernseher nicht sehr von Patienten besucht. Ich finde, dass in solchen kleinen, vielleicht in mancher Hinsicht „unwichtigen“ Sachen soviel unentdecktes Potenzial drinsteckt. Ich sehe Krankenhäuser nicht unbedingt als „das düstere unbekannte Haus“ sondern vielmehr als eine Einrichtung, die mit Freude am Heilen an den Start geht und diesen Optimismus an den Patienten weitertragen soll. Das ist Ihnen in sehr großem Umfang auf allen Ebenen, finde ich zumindest, sehr gelungen. Auch wenn es komisch klingt, aber „ich könnte locker noch eine Weile bei Ihnen Bleiben“, auch wenn das natürlich niemand will! ;) In diesem Sinne bleiben Sie so wie Sie sind und machen Sie einfach so weiter. Ich werde Ihre Klinik(en) auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen!

Habe letztes Jahr im Juni (2020) an einer Studie teilgenommen, die ziemlich aufwendig und teilweise anstrengend für mich war. So wirklich geholfen hat mir die Behandlung nicht, aber ich weis ja auch bis jetzt nicht, ob ich überhaupt die richtige oder nur die plazebo Behandlung bekommen habe. Habe schon mehrmals nach dem Ergebnis/ nach der Auflösung gefragt, gibt aber bis jetzt keine Auskunft. Im März 2020 sollte ich Bescheid kriegen. Sowas finde ich sehr schade und unprofessionell. Fühlt sich jetzt so an als wäre alles für die Katz gewesen.
