Great hotel! Everything in the rooms is so well thought out! Unique design! It felt so comfortable like being at home.
And the lobby - at first I thought it was a bar! And this is a reception, cool.
Friendly and helpful staff.
And also - fresh flowers in the room! This means that they are looked after, and this can be seen throughout the hotel.

This is the definition of a well thought hotel. The experience itself was wonderful, welcoming staff, good breakfast and everything at room is placed to make your Oktoberfest experience better. Definitely will come back!

Excellent hotel with nice, beautifull lounge, well designed, heavy doors voor the noise, good showers. Good service. Lots of creativity here.
One mistake: The music in the lounge has a heavy bass which, indeed reach , low frequency , through all the walls, the hotel rooms . So instead of getting annoyed by traffic , other guest noice, you get the full beat of the lounge! That is a pity and ruins the well thought design experience of the hotel.

Awesome hotel! But is new and still need some adjustments. Service is awesome ????! Breakfast even better! The most interesting showers ever! Hahaha you need to try!

New hotel, smallish room, quiet, basic amenities. Staff were friendly. Located close to lots of public transport. There are bakeries and supermarkets nearby. Good wifi.

Great idea, poor execution.

Positives:
-Location (walking distance from main spots in Munich)
-Friendly staff
-General vibe/design of hotel itself (newer/modern)

Negatives:
-Garden area which our 1st floor balcony door opening up to still under construction, and one morning drilling began at 815am which woke us up (start drilling next time at the very least from 9am onwards!!!)
-Bed/pillows not very comfortable
-TERRIBLE bathroom design, as showers are not separate to the bathroom floor, meaning if you shower, anytime you go in after the floor is wet for 8-12 hours
-Loud/creaky washroom door when opened and closed
-Terrible soundproofing, as when guests walked by our room door even regular conversation volumes felt loud
-Lighting in room and washroom terrible, one light hung so low in basically the middle of the walkway portion if the room that we would hit our head constantly

I’d recommend looking elsewhere until at least the garden/patio area is finished, as no ine wants to wake up to drilling/construction early in the morning. Washroom design can’t be fixed, but hanging lighting set up in rooms could be.

Modern. Service very friendly. Unfortunately the cards never work more than twice. Room was not maintained perfectly. There is a parking.
