Absolutely miserable experience both times I’ve had to come here. You cannot just make appointments and must wait 6+ hours to see a doctor who doesn’t even examine you and does not provide much help. I had a blood test done that took nearly 4 weeks to arrive by mail (by which point it’s almost irrelevant), and for a slightly urgent medical issue the soonest appointment I was given was for almost three months later, despite my medical issue very much having a significant effect on my quality of life.

Terrible experience! I went there for an emergency situation of my eyes and the staff were extremely unftiendly! They kept stalling my appointment and left me waiting for 5 hours from 11pm on. As I was in pain I did not know what else to do and ended up leaving in the end after they let in 4 people that had arrived after me.Keep away from such a place! Lack of empathy and mistreatment! Shame on them!

Just came out from their pediatric ER room, greatly relieved and thankful for the great doctor and gentle nurse there. We were traveling from abroad. This ER experience is superb!

Individually the Dr‘s and nurses are great, very caring, but, the organisation is absolutely catastrophic, and I cannot state that strongly enough.
As a patient you have to ask EVERYTHING (this includes the questions you don’t know you are supposed to be asking) and double check everything because what one person tells you will not be the same as the next.
Unfortunately this is our third visit so we knew what chaos to expect, it has gotten worse though.
Before we came we ask very targeted questions about where to go and what we need to do and got our answers. On arrival less than half of what we had been told was correct and we got some very frustrated looks from the staff when we hadn’t filled out forms and signed waivers (that we had never been told about or knew that we needed to sign!!)
The whole experience especially with a small one is emotional enough as it is, they do not in any way make it easier!
If I could give 0 stars I would, however as I said at the very beginning the care staff are friendly and attentive (when they finally get to you) so they pull it up to 1 star.
To conclude in our experience go somewhere else if you have any possibility to do so, if not prepare yourselves for long waits and not knowing what is going on or happening next.
For any hospital let alone a university learning hospital it is shockingly disorganised!

The Dr treated so well , Super !!! take care of me in emergency I have a good experience with the group of nurses , the best ,nice place and service but I will not recommend you the
Lungenfunktion is a Dr. Scream you and she don’t have patience at all !!! I never come back to the room is call the panic room
Anyways never is a perfect place in whatever part of the world , Thanks you a lot again !

Terrible personal. Couldn't help you to bring even water. We went into klinik and we're turn back because they don't have place. Appointment were made in time but still they cannot manage time.
Don't go here and choose better place!!!
