Ich durfte im Rahmen meiner Aufstiegsfortbildung zur DH (Fa-Dent, Niederviehbach) an der Uni arbeiten/lernen. Es war eine superschöne Erfahrung und ich hatte wahnsinnig viel Freude daran mal an einer Uni arbeiten zu dürfen. Es ist doch etwas anderes, als der Alltag in einer Praxis. Ein großes dankeschön geht an die Zahnärzte und DHs, die uns dort betreut haben und uns so viel begebracht haben. Ebenso, aber auch an das Team, welches uns dort unterstützt hat!!! Vielen Dank!

Bin zum zweiten Mal in diese Klinik. Der gleiche Zahn aber beides waren Notfälle. Das erste Mal brach der Zahn ab. Mir wurde eine Würzelbehandlung gemacht und eine gute Füllung die 5 Jahre ohne Probleme gehalten hat. Letztes Wochenende fiel die Plombe und musste wieder da gehen, da mein Arzt nicht nah ist. Wieder wurde Ich gut beraten und behandelt. Musste nicht lange warten. Finde die Studenten sehr engagiert und Informieren den Patient. Wenn man Fragt nehmen die sich die Zeit und erklären. Besuche bei Zahnärzte sind zwar nicht meine Lieblingsbeschäftigung aber hier wurde mir geholfen und komme gerne wieder wenn es sein muss.

Studierenden-Zahnarztpersonal war höflich. Auf den / die individuelle(n) Patienten wird aber nicht geachtet. Nachdem bei zwei Füllungen nicht optimal gearbeitet wurde und ich wahnsinnige Schmerzen im Anschluss hatte, ging ich in die Ambulanz um nachzusehen, was das Problem sei. Ergebnis: abgeätzte Zähne inkl. Füllung. Daraufhin hätte ich einen weiteren Termin im Studentenkurs bekommen. Ich hatte allerdings gesagt nachmittags kann ich nicht aufgrund von meiner Arbeit, wurde dennoch da eingeteilt. Die frau am Telefon (Studierende oder Ärztin) meinte es sei nunmal so und half mir nicht weiter. Nun nach 1 weiteren Woche Wartezeit werde ich mir einen eigenen Zahnarzt suchen müssen und die Kosten selbst tragen müssen. Eine Unverschämtheit und so frech von der Klinik, die mich überhaupt erst in diese Lage gebracht hat. NIE WIEDER!!

Ich wollte 2006 ein günstigeres Angebot für eine Brücke und bekam eine komplette Gebissanierung mit Kariesentfernung und Wechsel sämtlicher Goldkronen inklusive Brücke für weniger Geld. Mein voriger Zahnarzt hatte geschlampt. Seither habe ich keine Zahnprobleme mehr.
