Rooms were clean and maintained. The receptionists were good and friendly. There was an issue with wifi, which they resolved quickly. We stayed here for 3 nights. Everything was good ????. It's around 15 minutes walk from the Munich main station. Area to reach the hotel is not that great.

The location is perfect, the staff is super nice and you can have a genuine laugh with. The room room was good, no complaints whatsoever :)

A really lovely hotel in a great location. It's walking distance to Oktoberfest and to the city centre. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. The hotel is very charming with rustic decor.

A bit old interior design, like grandma's place, but I like it...very clean, tidy, staff super super friendly, good breakfast...basic but good. Location is good also, close to the Central station. If you are travelling for work it's a good choice, otherwise find a fancy one more modern. For sure will be my choice anytime that I will come to Munich for business.

Hotel is clean, friendly, English speaking, not modern, terrible Wi-Fi-disgraceful in fact but the pillows are worse! No Air con or fan, shower was the first I have seen of this sort where there is no set shower space, you have to move 2 glass panels onto place in the bathroom when taking a shower. As a result water takes over the bathroom floor. They did not provide individual bathroom amenities such as soap, shampoo, lotion but rather the bulk use stuff from a canister on the wall. Not a great area to be in which isn't their fault. Overall would not stay again.
