Location is good, service and room not as much.
We asked for a separate single bed bedroom and were given an ok as an answer during booking.
Turns out they can't guarantee that so we ended up having to ask for an extra bed in the room, which in turn left us with no living space.
Be careful during booking!
Otherwise the location is great because in 20 minutes by foot you're in the city center and you have 2 easy access to the metro, if you're looking for a good solution to attend local fairs it's an ok option

Positive: friendly staff, good breakfast
Negative: no air conditioner in standard room for 350 EUR!!! Room was like a sauna. Room is very small.

Good location, but feels old. Key cards deactivated multiple times, bad outlet placement, and the refrigerator didn't work. The shower was also dangerous with a large step and water often getting on the bathroom floor.

Everything is ok but reception staff is not helpful except Franchisca she was very fast u0026 cooperating cause by mistake I came 2 days early than my booking dates and she arranged everything in a professional way.
Other staff didn’t show that professional in 2 situations:
First situation: It was rainy u0026 was difficult to go for lunch I asked for help to make food order they refused u0026 told me that you to do it myself u0026 that was difficult to explain any address details because I can’t speak german so I waited 2 hours till weather change to go for lunch.
Second situation: I asked for late checkout cause my flight was late around 9 pm they told me we don’t have late check out so I asked to pay full rooms payment to enjoy my day and keep luggage in and use the bathroom they told me not possible my rooms were fully booked so I asked for any other rooms they told me we don’t have room available so I tried to check if they were lying to me by searching in Booking.com I found more than 3 or 4 available in the same hotel but I was very sad so I booked in another hotel to stay the day in also it was less in price than our hotel.
The rooms are ok, also bathroom is ok.
Room service is very fast and professional.
Breakfast is very good.

Great location and breakfast. The staff were very friendly and the room had everything we needed.

The only advantage of this place is the proximity to central train station.

The building is old, poorly renovated and you wont feel refreshed in it.

At night hall way noises easy heard. Street noises easily heard cause of cheap material on renovated windows.

The staff was kind, sheets where clean. Tv is a closed one and you couldn’t access your netflix or prime or even stream to it.

Bed was too soft and they give you 2 single beds which hardly stick together so not recommended for love birds.

No mini bar fridge was empty.
No amenity kits.

So if you are booking via booking.come spend a-bit more and get yourself a proper hotel room . Many are available and same price range.

Wifi is super slow. Make sure your roaming is working.

Shower water pressure was good and enjoyable.

Only one side of the bed has plugs.

My own experience , i wont book this place again.

The location is great for this price compared to other hotels. The staff was also very friendly but I think the hotel was understaffed because we had to wait and actually look for someone to welcome us for the breakfast. The breakfast was definitely too expensive for what was served and variety was very low.
The bathroom was very small but okay and we had all we needed.
However one of the heaters was not working and we were freezing when we woke up the next morning. Also the internet was super slow.
All in all, I was disappointed because it was not the regular Melia quality I am used to have. However, considering the price being so low, there is not much to complain as we kind of got what we paid for.
