Great location only 5 minutes walk from main station, near shops and restaurants. Friendly staff and decent breakfast selection. However a bit hard to sleep in the hot weather, especially the rooms sun-facing. Could do with a fan in the room. Rooms are quite small in size but look refurbished and modern inside and well-equipped for a short stay.

Completely horrible experience. Staff was rude and unhelpful, the front desk manager and housekeeper laughed in my face when I followed up with them on something. There was no shampoo in the bathroom when we arrived, shower didn't drain properly, there was also a daycare next door which causes you to be woken up starting at 730am by screaming and crying children. Elevator right next to the room was super loud and wakes you up constantly as well. They also couldn't even get fitted sheets for the beds. An absolute disgrace of a hotel!

Avoid this hotel, worst hotel in all Munich. They said its 4 stars but it's no more than 1 star. Rude receptionist. Location is very bad, you will not feel safe walking outside. Design, room, cleanliness every thing was bad. You will find alot of things broken inside the room. Plus the price was very high.

The Hotel is in a part of the city which comes across as run down, once In the hotel the night shift receptionist was lovely. The room is quite poorly put together with a low standard of finishing and furnishings. I would not wish to stay longer than one night. I would not recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is located near the Central Train station. The Staffs are friendly, it is neat and clean, the breakfast is good. It is said that the Rooms are noise free, which is unfortunately not the way we've experienced it. Maybe if the windows are closed, then it would be noise free. But because we came in summer, the whole Europe is struggling over the heat, we left the windows open because there is no air conditioning nor fans to cool the Room. Vis-a-vie from the Hotel is a club.. A videoke club.. and different Cars are passing by noisily.

Was in the junior suite with a terrace that looked over the courtyard and not the road which was great but would have been nice to have furnature on the terrace to sit on. Took the chairs out of the room to enjoy the terrace. had parking at the hitel for 10 euros per day but had to stop on the road outside the hotel each time you want to enter the underground parkibg garage to get the access key then move the car to the garage...hotel has only one access key for the garage which you leave back at the desk when you are done. Room was clean ..close to underground transport. Overall a good hotel.
