Other than the location, this hotel is bad. The location is great, 5-10 minute walk from the "city center", but 20 minutes from the walking zone and the monuments. The cleanness is not so great, our floor was dusty, the ventilation in the bathroom is so filthy. Our pillowcases had holes in them, and the towels were a little ripped on the sides. The rooms are small and don't have air conditioning which is bad for 35°C days. The parking was the biggest hassle. You can park in the garage 5 minutes away for 12€ per day but you can't move your car in those 24 hours, otherwise you lose your spot and have to pay more. You can park on the street for 2.5€ per hour, but it's free after 6 or 11pm and before 6 or 9am. It took us a few hours to figure out how all of that works since everything is in German so I hope this helps someone.

The location was very convenient to the main train station. The staff was pretty helpful. The room was small, but comfortable. There was no A/C, so leave the window open to vent humidity from the bathroom. The WiFi was good enough to watch videos, but not good enough to teleconference. The price was good.

The staff are helpful and friendly. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in early. The hotel is around 5 to 10 minutes walk from Munich central station. Overall a good stay. The room is a little small but can be considered reasonable for the price. Cleanliness was acceptable.

Staff was wonderful. Best so far. Room was simple but good. We had 2 single beds and pushed them into 1 big one no problem. Breakfast ok. We got to store our luggage for free for the rest of our last day and collected it at 00:00 with no problem. Staffed 24 hours

THIINK BEFORE BOOKING. Very small room with very uncomfortable bathroom specially the shower. We were there in summer. The room used to get very hot through out the day. It had only one window opening on the main road. So it was super noisy even at night. Basically the hotel was not at all equipped to accommodate guests in the summer. For us, staying there was a complete wastage of money. The only advantage was that it was close to main train station.

It was nice enough for what we paid. The bathroom was newish which was great however, the design of the shower was not so great and water would go everywhere. The room we had was a double/queen bed, note that one side of the bed is pushed against the wall. The room was quite small, hard to fit 2 peoples suitcases in and it was pretty hot due to no A/C. The room was relatively clean, there was a light bulb out which management fixed for us, room was still quite dark though.
The curtains are old and dirty and quite thin and the walls are thin too (you can hear your neighbours).
Very strange thing with elevators, there are two of them but they don't go to every floor. Couldn't figure out what was going on there.

I've stayed here before.
It's basic but clean. Good buffet breakfast, which is always fresh whenever you come down.
Close to the Hbf and 15 minutes walk to the centre. Convenient for most things.
It's inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.
